 Left with house and debts I don't know what to do about tax bill. Grateful for any advice.

hi,
I separated in 2013 was left with the house and all the debts which has had adverse problems with my self employment trying to balance money and bills with cash flow problems from clients now to top it all off just got tax bill of 20k for jan payment not sure what to do any advise will be grateful.

How would you feel about declaring bankruptcy?

I would certainly seek some advice unless you can afford to keep the payments up yourself.

I have outstanding mortgage of 35k two loans one of 67k and 11k all of which I pay myself.

Sorry to hear of your problems.

Do you still have debts with the house? You could consider bankruptcy but I would suggest you take some legal advice. You could either speak to CAB, or a reputable company. Try Vincent Bond (details on Google) for some free advice.
