I have a motability car which is financed by my Disability benefit will I be able to keep this.

Hi Tess

I too have a mobiltiy car and have been told that it will not be touched. The car is owned by Motability and they have the V5 even though we are registered keepers. On the V5 and other paperwork (DVLA notification saying that they have updated you are no longer keeper of the vehicle) its worded as Your Name C/o Motability then your address

Yes as this is motability you will be ok to keep this in Bankruptcy.
