I am goind to declare bankruptcy in the next couple of weeks.

I have made a phone application on Saturday morning for coop cashminder but wasn't given a decision was told it would be posted or I could ring about Weds of this week. Is this normal or does this mean I am being turned down.

I am seperated from my ex husband but due to unforeseen circumstances he is still living in the house does anyone have any experience of this will the OR still take his income or can I just give half the expenses. Does anyone know how this effcets Tax Credits as we are not living together as man and wife and this arrangement is only temporary.

Our application was referred when we applied for the cashminder and then accepted.
If your br is solely in your name then the OR should not take into account your ex's income HOWEVER as you are still sharing the house they will probably take this into account when they calculate your share of the bills etc.
You should notify the Tax Credit's asap as this may effected due to the circumstances,
Good luck
