Posted - 05 May 2008 : 20:28:09 I petitioned myself and was made Bankrupt on the 1st May 2008. The feeling of relief was immense and instant. I've now got the phone appointment with the receiver on the 12th and am nervous about that but, and I am happy about this, it is now out of my control so I can't get it wrong this time. This forum is great and thanks to all that have made it so

make sure you have a glass of water and your petition in front of you before the appt so you are ready to answer Q's
if you can't answer them there, advise the interviewer that you will check the facts and call back with the info.
