Posted - 26 June 2008 : 07:32:31 Just wondering which London neswpaper my BR is advertised in? and how long after BR is it advertised? Will this time frame be the same for the advertisement in my local newspaper?

Posted - 27 June 2008 : 13:44:27 Please bear in mind that the Insolvency Service are experiencing huge workloads at present, so the odd error is entirely understandable. As Melanie says, bring it to the OR's attention and you should be fine.

Posted - 26 June 2008 : 11:53:12 mine was in the local paper 10 days after the bankruptcy hearing 12/5/2008 and it is in AGAIN today...WHY.

Posted - 26 June 2008 : 10:21:09 BR is advertised in the London Gazette and in a paper local to your area. Mine wasn't in the free paper, but the one you have to pay for. My BR was in the paper a couple of weeks after it happened.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
