Posted - 28 June 2008 : 21:43:48 Hi.
I'm just filling out my statement of affairs and i have come to the section for outgoings. I'm just stuck now, i was told you could claim for holidays, hair cuts, extra curriculum activities for children, tv licence etc. But no lines to offer these figures. Do you just lump them under other essential payments and then explain figure in more detail to OR?
I'm probably just being completely stupid but i thought i would ask as i want to get this right.
Many thanks |

Posted - 29 June 2008 : 14:47:14 Thanks Skippy and Dee. Just wasn't sure as the wording is essential expenditure and i thought well a tv isn't essential so can i claim tv licence costs in the sameway that a holiday isn't essential but i will just put it all down and they can allow or disallow.
Thanks for your help |

Posted - 29 June 2008 : 14:09:51 I put a total figure, and then in the last box I split it down as best I could.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Posted - 28 June 2008 : 23:08:06 I know what you mean I wouldn't have put down most of what I had if I hadn't previously gone through an income and expenditure form with Melanie's team when I was looking at an IVA. I just transfered my details from there to the SOA form putting everything that wasn't itemised in the other essential items list. Some where allowed some weren't.
Good Luck

Posted - 28 June 2008 : 22:30:31 Thanks Dee. Just so confusing as they go on about what you can have but then don't give you a chance to state them!! |
