Posted - 30 June 2008 : 15:17:00 I was made bankrupt in May and at the OR interview I was told that the websites I owned would be closed down, which has happened. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if after I've been discharged I could get back the domain names or are they put back up for sale? The websites never made much money but I would like to be able to have them back if I could.

In BR, the OR will realise your assets for the benefit of your creditors. It is therefore likely these sites have been sold to third parties.
