Posted - 30 June 2008 : 19:11:08 Hi,
Please can I have some urgent advise regarding online forms -I have been completing them for me and my husband and I have a problem in relation to our previouly being self-employed contractors (sole traders)- these ended over 6 months ago.
When I complete the details and the dates, the forms automatically populate that we are "carrying on business as.." and not that we were "lately (formely) carrying on business as..".
It also asks for the premise we were using to trade from, as we were contractors we were just registered self employed at our home address, but when I complete this is details that we currently rent our property twice.
I can see no way around these problems, but I am afraid to submit them like this, as we have to explain the info is correct. We could explain the discrepancy to the court or OR, but I;m worried about it just in case they decline our bankruptcy as the forms are not entirley correct,
Please can someone advise me on what to do?
Thank you
Victoria

Posted - 02 July 2008 : 11:52:58 Hi Victoria,
Why not print off the forms and complete them manually? It's always an issue when completing any online forms as quite frequently, you can't put the information in that you want.

Posted - 30 June 2008 : 19:51:10 Hi there - I know how you are feeling. I was nervous as well but I promise you it will be over in minutes and then you can start your debt free life! It's worth this bit of hassle! I didn't do my forms online so I'm sorry I can't help you - one of the BR guys will be here soon.

Posted - 30 June 2008 : 19:26:41 Hi Victoria - don't panic! Part of the court staff's job is to check through the forms and make amends where needed before you swear that they are correct. One of the BR assist experts should be around soon to tell you if there is a way to input the details but in the meantime please don't panic. You will have an opportunity to check through the details at court and with the OR. Hang in there for a BR expert
