Posted - 03 July 2008 : 00:13:02 I was BR on 2nd June and had my OR Interview on 13th June.Even though I faxed all my creditors a copy of my stamped Court Order with a covering letter Im still receiving calls and letters from them saying I owe them money. I explain that Im BR and have sent them info via fax , they ask me to resend it! I have done more than I need to, shall I leave it to the OR now? Afterall not my fault they cant look after the paperwork I faxed to them? |

Posted - 03 July 2008 : 10:04:25 I have advised a couple of my credit cards that I'm going BR in August. They have become frantic trying to get money out of me. I have blocked their numbers on my phone...
Once i am BR I will refer any correspondence regarding creditors straight to the OR. They are dealing with it from that point.

If it gets too much, send all the chasing letters to the OR and ask them to deal with it for you. A letter or call from them may be enough to stop them
