Posted - 17 July 2008 : 09:48:18 Hi we were advised to cease trading on the 4th july, laid off all our staff. personally we need to declare bankruptcy but everthing has come to stand still need to get funds in to pay the recievers before they will proceed what can we do

Could you give us a few more details please.
I am assuming you need to pay the liquidator of the company for them to deal with it for you.
