Im going to submit a petition for Bankruptcy to the Court in the second week of September. In the section where it states you have to declare any properties sold in the last five years, I completed on a sale on 8 Sept 2003. Do I have to state this in the details as it will be exactly five years to the petition of my bankruptcy?

Thank you Julian my gut instinct was to do so anyway and I'm grateful for your advice.

Hi Jacqstar,

As the OR will check entries with the Land Registry, I would advise you to list it anyway even though (in all liklihood) the OR will have no interest in it. This will demonstrate to the OR your willingness to cooperate in the process, and as a result, they are likely to look more favourably on your case.

Regards
