I've just been having a peek at the insolvency register and noticed that some people are registered as 'Discharge suspended indefinitely'. Under what cirumstances would that happen? Just being nosey really (hope it couldn't happen to us!!)

these folk have decided not to cooperate with the official receivers enquiries into the causes of br.
Often you find that there is something to hide and often hese people have gone abroad before sorting out the problem correctly.
