Posted - 18 July 2008 : 11:51:33 I am going bankrupt on the 15th August so my OR interview I gather will be a couple of weeks after that. If I am given an IPA (which I think is likely) and the first IPA payment is a couple of months after the OR interview (I believe most peoples first payment is about 2 - 3 months afterwards) what happens to the money in between i.e. from the date of the OR interview to the date of first IPA payment - 2 - 3 months? Do I have to put that aside and will they back date it or is that the opportunity to get things done i.e. for my car etc?

Posted - 18 July 2008 : 13:13:01 Hi, yeah I was made bankrupt on May 9th, I've still not started my IPA, starts in August. Nothiong has been mentioned about the money I would have paid.

Posted - 18 July 2008 : 12:13:43 Hi Maizie I was called about 4 days after order. this was on 26 Jun 07. I was sent a few forms to sign about a week later. It stated my IPA would start on 1 September. So i could keep anything between those dates. In reality my IPA didn't actually start until 1 November as it took ages for the OR to inform Clarke Wilmott!
