Posted - 02 February 2011 : 23:11:12 hi all,im looking for some help with cleaning up after recieving dishcharge papers just this week.i joined credit expert and they told me they would contact kensington mortgages which i had a loan or second mortgage with and investigate my case, they have came back to me and told me that kensington mortgages cannot ammend anything at this time as i need to contact them personally, and send in bancrupcy dishcharge papers, which i will do,this week, but i dont want to speak to them.will i just send in the papers or what do you think people, another question,am i correct in saying
1. get on voters roll
2.get contract fone (keep paying it )which i have done already, and got one
3.send away bancrupcy dishcharge papers to equifax and experian, and anyone on my credit file.
thats all i can think of myself.
my dishcharge papers state the following
bancrupcy scotland act 1985 section 54(2)
can anyone tell me what that means exactly the code
many thanks l |

A contract phone is a good idea.
Your BR will not drop off until six years after being granted regardless of whether you send papers off or not.
No idea about the act, have you googled it?
