What happens to any unsold stock my shop would have if i have to go BR?
This would be stock yet to be paid for so by right still owned by the supplier. Do i pack it up and take it with me or am i supposed to leave it behind?

Posted - 22 August 2008 : 09:55:23 Hi andy if you are a sole trader and you've no plans to continue with the business, you should return the goods to their rightful owner. If you are to continue with the sole trader business then you can retain them for future sale.
If the outlet is run under the management of a limited company then the stock should be retained also.
