Which forms do i need to fill out to declare myshelf bankrupt? I know i have to fill petition in but not too sure about affairs statemnet!

Morning s519 and Welcome,

The forms you require are available to fill in online at:

https://www.insolvencydirect.gov.uk/isolv

You register and fill in and save at your leisure then when your ready you submit and print of 3 copies.

You can also phone your local court and get the paper copies and fill in at home.
