A bit of a technical question regarding the SOA section 3.6.....
The question is: "In the last two years have you made any payment to a creditor, other than in the ordinary course of business, with a view to improving the position of that creditor in case you became subject to insolvency/bankruptcy proceedings?
The reason for my concern is that I was taken to County Court by AMEX in 2008 and they achieved a forthwith judgement and then a temporary charging order against my property. As I was working at the time I was able to raise funds via a loan and make an out of court settlement which was accepted by AMEX. The charging order was cancelled and I got everything in writing from the Court, AMEX and the Land Registry.
SO, my question is, is the above applicable/relevant and should I mention it in this section of the SOA?
Many Thanks,
David

Many thanks for the advice.
I have added the details and will wait to see if the OR needs any further info.
Thanks again.
