I'm about to go bankrupt and I got a job offer today, bloody good salary, car benefits etc... buggeration

Question ... if the benefits package is a mix and match will the OR make me take cash rather than car etc .. or can I take the benefits as benefits... will be hard to explain a £2k car ahen they give me a £6k allowance

congratulations of the offer of a job

however now that you have come this far to take positve action to deal withg your debts do nto allow yourself to slip backwards.

Now that you have the possibility of a job with a good package it is worth having your situation reviewed by one of the experts and even if your one creditor takes you BR you need to be properly prepared

No. The Official Receiver can not dictate your employment and certainly can not force your employee to pay you cash as opposed to benefits in order to make you pay towards your creditors.
