Posted - 05 February 2010 : 12:56:26 Hi,
When filing for personal bankruptcy does anyone know how far back they go in terms of bank statements?
My friend went bankrupt and they only looked at 3 months worth of statements.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
Ben

Most people are asked for the last 12 months of CC and bank statements but this can vary from OR to OR. If you don't have the statements then the OR can easily get them from the bank or creditor.
