Hi again,

Just seen the other Richards post and again I say if it is a statutory demand, then there is a very short period of time to stop that creditor making you a creditor bankrupt. It needs to be dealt with now.

Please feel at liberty to post back or phone one of the insolvency experts.

My expertise is in housing matters and the law that covers that area

Again, good luck, Richard

Hi

Welcome to the forum.

What type of claim form have you received?

Post back and we can advise accordingly.

Is it a statutory demand?

Regards, Richard

Hi Adrian

obviusly need more info.

Has the creditor (HMRC) already taken you to court and these are the claim forms to confirm their action ?.

what should i do ? depends on the type of form and the action taken by the claimant.

what are the initials on the top of the form

as Richard housing states post back ASAP because certain types of forms have a very strict time frame that you must respond within

regards Richard
