Posted - 06 February 2010 : 20:52:38 Hi im looking to go bankrupt in the next 4/5 weeks. I have entred vol repo as things are just getting to much.
The thing i need to know is, im looking to go abroad to NZ to work and have my working visa already. Does this affect my BR at all? or am i even allowed to work abraod? I have searched the insolvency webpage but i cant seem to find what im looking for.
Any info would be great, Thanks, ian.

Posted - 07 February 2010 : 09:00:19 There won't be a problem with your visa or moving abroad to work once you are BR. A lot of people declare BR before moving abroad so they will have a fresh start.
