Posted - 07 February 2010 : 12:42:46 Hi,i am due to go bankrupt soon as i am leaving a failed iva and going into bankruptcy with help from a company as for my situation this seems the best option.The thing is i have been getting ready to start up a buisiness as a sole trader for a while,before i knew i was going to go bankkrupt for my personal debt.Recently i seem to be getting a lot of work lined up(for my buisiness)and wondering what will happen when i go bankrupt?I have a full time job in a factory,but am ready to start working for myself,any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
