Hi All

I wondered if someone could confirm, whether or not I can just stop paying my IPA payements.

I was declared BR in June 08 released June 09, but I am currently in a 5 year BRU, with 3 year IPA agreement due to end in 2011.

However I have been told by ceratin parties (including the OR) that if I decided to stop paying the agreed IPA payments, there is nothing (technically) they can do!

As the payments are nearly £200 per month, I am starting to struggle with this amount, and really have to watch the pennies.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards

S10

Hi Debtinfo
Thanks for the information. I might get the IPA reassessed.

Regards

If your circumstances have changed you can have the IPA reassessed, if you just do not want to pay then the IPA is a legal agreement and the OR can take appropriate measures to secure payment.
