March 6th 2009 i was declared BR, i have heard nothing from the OR since a few weeks after the 6th 2009 so does this now mean that i am free and discharged? i did carry on trading and formed a partnership whilst BR o does this mean we can now move on and build this business as it deserves even eventually employing people?
