Currently in Iva have had payment break due to loss of earnings seriously considering bankruptcy as things not improved much. If we have no disposable income after expenses paid does that me that we will not get an IPO for three years. But my husband gets bonus payments every three months so what would happen to this? what if I found a full time job within the three years if have to pay IPO not quite clear about this any advice thanks

welcome to the forum
if your DI is less than £100 per month then no IPA bonus payments will be averaged across the year as earnings i would think
if no IPA in place by discharge then no IPA at all
if your income alters before discharge then you have to tell the OR
