I am trying to fill in my Bankruptcy forms! The section that asks for business address only gives the options--own home, rent, leasehold.I live with my Mum in her house and she kindly does not ask for any rent(she is 85)I do not want to state either that I have any interest in the house or that I pay rent. What should I do?

good luck with the forms Julie, yes they do look daunting but take your time and you should be OK

the last page gives you space to clarify any of the questions that have not been clearly covered on the specific topic

regards Richard
