I have 42 days to go until automatic discharge....... haven't heard anything from OR for 5 weeks, completed last expenditure form 4 months ago. what can I expect over next few weeks? also after discharge if I get asked on a form "have you got any CCJ's" what do I answer? Thats it for now, sure there will be more.Thank you

No bankruptcy isn't a CCJ although credit reference agencies tend to treat them the same

Posted - 21 May 2010 : 01:29:28 regarding your CCJs they should be invalid after your Bankruptcy Order and you should be able to answer NO as they do not count after BR

Posted - 20 May 2010 : 23:00:41 Maybe nothing, if the OR wants you for something they will let you know, most people are just sitting there serving there time as it where. on discharge day your entry on the EIIR will change automatically at midnight and then you are done
