Posted - 26 May 2010 : 17:39:36 we were made br in december and moved into a rented home have not paid mortgage do we wait to be reposessed or hand in keys we also had a nil tax code but for only 6 weeks but nothing at all has been expained to us all the info i have ever had has been on this site

Posted - 26 May 2010 : 18:25:54 The OR is not going to tell you what to do, you should have had received (or shortly will) form MP1 and form BHNOT (if you were living in it at the date of the bankruptcy order) as far as repossession goes that is nothing to do with the OR, it is between you and the mortgage company
