Posted - 29 May 2010 : 12:01:47 I have been paying my bankruptcy for 18 months and have another 18 to go. I have moved house recently and all my bills have increased. In addition to this my wage has dropped by almost four thousand a year. I'm finding it increasingly difficult to make the monthly payments. Can I get re-assessed now my circumstances have changed? |

Posted - 29 May 2010 : 16:08:06 I presime you are paying moonbeever, these are the people you should contact first, phone and say that you wont be making the next payment, then put it in a letter, once they stop getting paid they will get on with it quicker |

Could you tell me who exactly I should contact? I tried to be re-assessed before and I contacted the company I pay the money to. They told me to write to them which I did but they just ignored me.
Thanks |
