totally lost
Posted - 02 June 2010 : 11:57:54 Hi everyone
As you know I now am booked in for my BR and is pretty much ready...well ready as Ill ever be.
I have already opened a Coop cashminder account and I am very happy with this and can do internet banking etc. I did have to appeal to get this account though...probably as I am not on the electoral register. I have recently tried to ask the Coop for a second casminder account, so I can keep my comp money and bill money separate and be organised..and altough I was told the application was successful over the phone I had a letter to say I was declined- so ususal story. Can I appeal again for this second account? Or do I 'stir the water' and they suddenly take away my current cashminder account which has my compensation money in it..??
Help!!
Also, If I can appeal...how should I word the letter this time....??
Thanks

Posted - 02 June 2010 : 12:14:15 I was only able to open a second account after I was discharged, so I don't know if that's anything to do with it.
I wouldn't have thought it would affect your main account if you appeal, but I might be a bit wary as well!
Sorry I can't help with the wording of the letter as I didn't have to write when I appealed for a savings account as the lady on the phone did it for me.
