Hi
I am still confused with the process that the company i have a scured loan with (First Plus) will follow to formally apply for repossession of my house. So far they have rung countless times, conducted two home visits and have sent many letters.Although since April 1st all these have come from Red castle recoveries who is the debt collection firm First Plus have handed the debt to.Can any way tell me what process they have to follow through the courts to gain repossession and how long will this take.I went bankrupt on 13th April 2010 and my main mortgage with HBOS is being paid by the DWP.

firstly a court order for possession then an eviction order also issued at court.
both of these court events you will be notified about and have chance to defend
