Posted - 09 July 2010 : 21:25:14 The RTLU deals with assets (including an IPA) so it could be because your husband was supposed to have a NT IPA.

Posted - 09 July 2010 : 09:10:15 just out of interest... why are some cases passed to RTLU and some are not? I went BK in early Dec 09 and received early Discharge in late May this year yet my hubby went BK in Sept last year and his case got passed to RTLU in January and hasnt heard anything since.He was suppose to get a NILtax code but this wasnt done in time for the April so moonbeever told him to stop sending them his wage slips and we havnt heard anything since, what do RTLU do ? |
