I went bankrupt in February 2009.At the time the house that i co own with my wife was in a negative equity of around £2000.

I have recieved a e-mail from muy reciever saying that the house now has a positive equity of around £10,000,and asking if i know of anybody who would be intersted in buying this.

as we have paid £15856 in mortgage paymentsc and £ 1496 against a fixed loan against the house is this correct.

If it is correct would we be able to make an offer below what they are saying, and be able to pay it in installments

Hi Marrking are you happy with the valuation ?

check rightmove. com or up my street

failing that ask for an estate agent to come and do a 90 day quick sale valuation.

once you have the evidence to back up what you are saying you can then talk to the OR

regards Richard
