depends how long you have been on an IVA ?
speak to your provider and explain your change in circumstances, if you had to go BR what would they do to help
once you have chatted to your IVA provider speak to one of the experts on this forum let them understand your full situation, then let them run through the options.
Bankruptcy may or may not be best but cannot answer as do not know you or full situation
