hi, my sister in law needs to go bankrupt, but she is a midwife & thinks she is not allowed to be bankrupt. Can you guy's advise on this please? Many thanks

NO problem with Midwifes going BR

local authorities NHS and Police are becoming more supportive.

encourage your sister to speak with the union, or HR department (i know it is embarrassing) but they often have the right people on hand or refer you to an expert.

My staff association referred me to Paul @ RevivaUK who is also one of the experts on this forum
