Would I have to make Payments for a full 3 years even thought the bankruptcy last 12 months?
Who takes charge of my bank accounts etc?
Do I receive my wages and pay money to the receiver or do they get my wages, will I have to tell my employer?
I understand I cannot practise as an accountant with a bankruptcy order? but i can still work cant I?

Who takes charge of my bank accounts etc? The official Receivers Office just open a bankruptcy friendly account beforehand and you will be able to use this yourself throughout the bankruptcy.
Do I receive my wages and pay money to the receiver? Yes you do receive your wages and yes you might have to pay, see above.

will I have to tell my employer? No just tell him the new bankaccount details and that's it.

It's only bankruptcy, something that lets you get back on your feet after financial mishap nothing more nothing less and certainly not the end of your life or world but a new beginning (and up to you what you make of it)
