Hi Steven

No easy advice except to say that you will need to meticuosuly plan your approach

Franchise rules and regs often tie you up with legal Jargon for years

rather than just trying to sort one area of the problem, i would suggest speaking to Paul at Reviva, i know that he has helped businesses and franchise with recovery plans and if appropriate BR process, paul can then help with your whole scenario and get you back on the right track

regards Richard
