Posted - 31 July 2010 : 18:40:45 hi my partner is thinking of going bankrupt as she has had a letter regarding council tax repayments from over 2 years ago ,she was paying off these arrears by a n attachment of earnings while she was working ,but she had to give up work through ilness and has retuned to work part time and i paid £20 a month we just cannot afford to pay this amount of £6000 off
