any idea how long it may take to get a reply ?

All of your debts are written off from the day you were declared BR. If you receive an ED and don't have an IPA then the BR is over and there is no need to contact the OR at any point in the future. If you have an IPA then you will need to inform the OR of any increases/decreases in income until the IPA is complete. |

Posted - 11 August 2010 : 15:23:21 I was made BR in April this year and i have received early discharge form yesterday, will be filling it in today and posting back, i will let you all know how long it takes to go through.
If ED is granted does this mean all my debts will be wiped off from that date and the BR is completed, thanks for any info. |

Posted - 10 August 2010 : 10:00:07 Myself and my husband were both diescharged exactly 8 weeks form when we sent our forms back. i think it just depends on how busy they are. |

Posted - 06 August 2010 : 14:38:48 Took me about 6 more weeks after receiving that letter, although I'm sure its different for everyone. Keep your eye on the online br register, that's the first you'll know you've been given early discharge.
