hi all, was wondring if i could get some advice regarding the income and expenditure. my partner and i went bankrupt in feb. my partner recieved a letter about early discharge a few weeks back. i sent that one off no problem. last week i recieved one for myself. A few aspects of our i & e have changed since then. i cany remember exactly what was written on my partners form and am worrying that if mine and his dont match they might think something dodgy is up. Also our tax credits have gone up but we are expecting our 2nd child in december. do i need to make them aware of this??? also i forgot to write down about my sons childcare costs when filling in my partners i & e? wil they contact my sons preschoo to verify costs? i dont particularly want them knowing about it? sorry to ramble on

If your I&E has changed since your husband sent his off then there is no problem having different figures.

If your tax credits have increased then this will change your income so should let the OR know. There is no need to let them know that you are expecting another child at the moment but after the birth contact the OR and complete another I&E as your expenditure will increase.

There shouldn't be any need for the OR to contact the pre-school to verify the childcare costs as you should have some sort of proof yourself i.e. an invoice from the pre-school, evidence of money being transferred for the childcare costs, etc.
