Posted - 10 August 2010 : 13:30:33 My Bankruptcy was in April 2010 & The OR has adviced me tht it may only take a year or less until it is over. But in the meantime if I manage to find employment does this mean that I will have to pay all my wages to the OR?

when / if you manage to get a job you will have to resubmit your income and expenditure, once these outgoings have been listed you will be allowed £99 disposable income
then any amount left over you will have to pay the OR between 50 - 70%
