Posted - 12 August 2010 : 00:17:51 Hi are you having the company properly wound up or is it being struck off at companies house? If it is being properly wound up then the VAT will not pursue you outside of the ltd company.
If you are having the company struck off then the creditor has 20 years to "resurect" the company and pursue you. If however you are petitioning for personal Br then this HMRC debt will not pass to you debts within a limited company remain there unless there is a personal guarantee. Tj
