Posted - 27 September 2010 : 18:31:12 You may want to post this on the iva.co.uk forum as the experts there know how IVAs work.
If you do declare BR then any joint debts would automatically revert to your wife however I am not sure if IVAs are joint and if one party ends the IVA whether the IVA fails or the other person has the option to carry on paying into the IVA.
