Posted - 03 October 2010 : 12:25:56 Hi, I have two important Questions. I hope I get my automatic discharge on 3rd November. It could be possible that I moved to a new home on 1st November. Have I to inform the OR about this matter ? There a only 2 days left until my discharge date.
If I get a well paid Job on 1st of December, have I to inform the OR ? Or I am after my automatic discharge accountable to none ? I have no IPA/IVA/BRU/BRO or anything else.
  Thanks, Tim |

quote: Hi, the OR has no interest in the house. So was this problem resolved.
I will move to the end of the month to a friend. So I could save some money. Now I dont know if I should inform the OR about this matter. My Auomatic discharge will be on the 3rd November. What do you think ?

Sorry that I ask again. The reason is, that I am affraid to contact the OR a short time before I will discharge. I think "let sleeping dogs lie" Could this a big failure if I dont inform him about my move ?
  Thx, Tim

Posted - 05 October 2010 : 00:41:21 Tim, I have looked at your previous posts mainly regarding the property of which you were a joint owner prior to bankruptcy. Now you say your beneficial interest was dealt with prior to your bankruptcy. By this, do you mean that once complete, the property then became solely owned by your girlfriend, or were you still shown as a joint owner on bankruptcy?(this is known as proprietorship at the Land Registry).

Posted - 03 October 2010 : 13:00:12 Tim1010, if you are to be discharged automatically on the 3rd November, then as you will no longer be an undischarged bankrupt you will no longer be liable for an IPA, as one has to be obtained whilst in bankruptcy.
