Posted - 14 October 2010 : 08:06:57 Any debt you are personally responsible for, can be included in the bankruptcy (business rates & rent - provided that you were a sole trader ie NOT trading as a Ltd Company)
Your bankruptcy will include any debt that you are personally liable for - ie debt in your name
