Posted - 17 October 2010 : 11:45:59 my partner of 10yrs is considering bankruptcy,and what concerns me is if any of my assets will be taken.i have owned caravans for years,and have gradually upgraded as ive gone along,but i am worried it will be taken away from me.can you please tell me how i stand with this situation.thank you

Posted - 17 October 2010 : 12:02:43 Is it just 1 caravan that you own for personal use of is it a business, Could your partner in anyway be seen to have contributed to any current or previous caravans, if the answer is no then you are in the clear
