I am currently on an IVA but have been put off sick long term and cannot afford repayments at all. My trustees have been really good throughout but now my income is so low i cant even afford my everyday bills never mind eat! I am also registered disabled and have a mobility car which is my life line as cant walk a few yards without being in severe pain - would I loose this too?

If it's a motability car then you are receiving the mobility part of DLA. Although the car is registered in your name, you don't actually own it and the payments are taken directly from your benefit.

I would have thought that this would be ok as you can't sell the car anyway. All servicing and repairs are covered and you just spend money on fuel!

Buckle your seat belt Dorothy, 'cos Kansas is going bye bye.

I presume that you mean in bankruptcy

Is it the contract hire agreement or the HP one
