Posted - 10 February 2011 : 18:49:41 I was declared bankrupt Dec 2008 and the Official Receiver sent me notification that my Bankruptcy was rescinded June 2009. I continue to pay MoonBeaver £76.00 per month. I am a weekly Wage earner and want to know more about the Nil Tax Code . Does it apply to me?? If so what do I do as my current tax code is 647L. Do I qualify to get this reduced???

Posted - 10 February 2011 : 18:56:16 i presume you mean discharged rather than rescinded. The NT code is only for the year you are made bankrupt in and you are past that now so you should not get one
