Posted - 27 June 2011 : 00:10:44 can anyone apply for a debt relief order. my wages vary month to month. or has based my earnings on overtime which is not always the case. some months i dont get any overtime. this isnt fair surley it should b based on my annual salary.

To be eligible for a DRO you have to have less than £15,000 debt, not be a houseowner, have no assets worth more than £300 and disposable income of £50 or less a month.
