sorry iasked aquestion and mis-quoted a number my question is as follows,
I was made bankrupt august 5th 2008, i have a mortgage on the house plus guarantees of 60k plus mortgage of 195k i do not think the house would be worth much more on a quick sale/ forced and my wife is entitled to half of any equity, yesterday i received a letter along with my wife on form 6.83 section 283a stating they had untill 14 days to serve does this mean they sre going to take the house without discussing with my wife on purchasing, i received a good answer on the forum but gave incorrect information on form numbers, will involving a solicitor help or hinder.
